Home Inspection

 

The home inspection is your chance to take a deeper look at the home and truly see the bones of what you are buying. 
I will be with you at the inspection and also available to discussthe results of the inspection report.

Timing

The Home inspection typically takes place within 7 days or less of the accepted offer.

Cost

The cost for home inspections runs between $500 – $2000. The inclusion of additional tests (ex: radon tests, termite inspection) can increase costs.

Process

A typical home inspection takes between 2 to 4 hours. It's a good idea to be present to ask questions as you move through the house with the inspector.
