Exclusivity Means you get all my attention

The big question is always, “who wanted to be exclusive first?”   It might be awkward if only one person is on the exclusivity train. Feeling important and valued comes from being in an exclusive relationship.  An exclusive relationship in NYC Real Estate is a mutual decision between two people that agree to work together.    

For sellers, that means…. - a seller hires one agent to represent them and their best interests, ...including investing in professional photos & floorplan, online advertising campaigns, staging, printed marketing materials, etc.
 
For buyers, that means….- a buyer works with one agent to represent them and their best interests...including market analysis, running comps before making an offer, recommending real estate attorneys best suited for their deal, and finding lenders & inspectors (if applicable). 
 
Sometimes you might meet your agent at an Open House or you will get a recommendation from a friend or colleague. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent, I’m looking for an exclusive relationship!  
Will my Real Estate Agent lie to me so that I buy the house?
 
It's perfect nowhere, no matter what some may wish to believe....or delude themselves to believe. Yes, some areas have extremely desirable living conditions - for some, not all - but almost every town, city, state, country, house, apartment has a list of pro's.....as well as a list of con's. 
 
Between earthquakes, tornadoes, wildfires, ultra-freezing temperatures, ultra-hot temperatures, hurricanes, flooding, drought, areas with high taxes and superb schools, areas with low taxes and lesser schools and infrastructure, excessive snow, grey skies, bad public transportation, long commutes.....you get the picture. ALL areas - everywhere - are prone to some negatives.
 
As a real estate professional, it is my duty and obligation to highlight all the positive aspects of a location while offering disclosure (and potential solutions) for the negatives. One without the other is useless. Having my clients trust is integral to a smooth Real Estate transaction. That is why I always provide a full, balanced and complete picture of reality.....reminding everyone that it is perfect nowhere.
