Once again, we return to look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Park Slope, Bay Ridge and Sunset Park. How did they fare?
First, an early 20th century bow-fronted brick row house that’s located near the newly minted Bay Ridge Parkway-Doctors’ Row Historic District — and fittingly it’s well preserved inside and out. In addition to well-preserved interior details, the single-family home has an updated kitchen and bathroom, both in classic black and white with a vintage feel in keeping with the house. This former House of the Day sold in January for $1.3 million, which was $25,000 above the asking price.
